"Beautiful hotel and a perfect experience, incredible staff!
We stayed at the InterContinental Alpensia and had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, and both the facilities and rooms were spotlessly clean.
A huge shout-out goes to the hotel staff—there are no words to describe how polite they were and how willing they were to help with everything! Everyone was fantastic, starting from the reservations team, to the lobby staff and the lovely girl at the Oxy Lounge (where we sat once and really enjoyed ourselves), all the way to the kitchen staff. And last but definitely not least, the absolute sweetest—the concierge team, who went above and beyond for us with a big smile and open arms.
The breakfast was fresh and very filling, with a great variety of both Korean and Continental dishes, and the hotel also has a fantastic, delicious bakery.
The location is just perfect—the hotel is only a one-minute walk from the dining area, shops, and the Alpine Coaster. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pampered getaway🌼"
