"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. "New, Spacious, Clean and good value for money. Highly recommend"

"The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It is highly convenient as there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation that stays open until midnight (12 AM). The only minor downsides were that no mouthwash cups were provided, and one of the rooms didn't have enough space to fully open a suitcase. Aside from that, we were satisfied with everything. "Nice place for relaxing with onsen. Great location . Only 10 min drive to sightseeing places."

"Good condition"

"The property is managed by a management company, and unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome during our stay, as there were several restrictions on the use of certain amenities. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The most disappointing aspect was the limited provision of essential items. For example, as a group of 11 staying for four nights, we were only provided with two rolls of toilet tissue per toilet (there are two toilets in the property), and no additional garbage bags were...

"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. Bring earplugs and melatonin if you expect to sleep before midnight. My...
