"ブラインドが一部破損していて、外から室内が見える状態でした。通りに面している窓ではありませんでしたが、駅のホームから見える位置だったため、着替えなどをするのに気がかりでした。他に設備で気になったのは、少しの寝返りでもベッドがギシギシ音が出ることや、ドライヤーがあるのに鏡は電源のないバスルームにしかないこと、せっかく洗濯機があるのに干す場所やラックなどがないことが残念でした。ただ、駅から近い点は本当に助かりました。また広さがあるし、流しやレンジがあるのも良かったです。"

"Great choice for Sapporo. Room was clean and had adequate space. The staff was really helpful and location was great for walking around the city. The breakfast was phenomenal! "

"I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. Hotel staff is extremely nice & helped me with a laundry mishap-very accommodating. Closest station is Odori Station & Susukino Station is close too. Close walk to Odori Park which is why I was there-for snow sculpture festival. However, it’s a 20min walk to Sapporo JR Station-you can walk completely underground due to the snow, but just be aware. Was maybe a 10-12min walk from airport bus drop-off area. Close walk to restaurants and shopping."
