So great”

“Excellent location, excellent breakfast and excellent room. Highly recommend!”

“Worst Hyatt Experience Ever – Far From 5-Star Service! Absolutely shocking service at Hyatt Centric Sapporo. During checkout, a staff member stood at a distance watching a pregnant woman struggle with multiple suitcases without offering any assistance. No luggage service, no bell staff, and poor English communication. The complete lack of care and basic hospitality was unacceptable. Calling this a 5-star hotel is an absolute joke. Easily the worst Hyatt experience I’ve ever had!”

“We stayed for two nights. It was simply fantastic. The room had a lovely view of the park by the property, and had plentiful amenities. The breakfast is a must, as you get two options to choose from. The only caveat is that the hotel is showing some age. Still, all the facilities were clean and proper, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.”
