Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All inclusive

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seemed like several different people were in and out of your room when cleaning on a single day. One person cleaned it, someone else brings items for refrigerator. Tip was taken one day but room was not cleaned until we reached out to the Expedia staff. They were fast to get the room serviced. Adult pool could be maintained better, like the main pool. Bartender Pedro and Julian will take good care of you. We will be back!"

"I traveled with 4 kids ranging from 1.5 years old to 17 years old and found the resort to have a ton of food options for all ages. There wasn’t a ton to do besides swim for the littles, as the kids shows were after 8pm and we are east coast time so they were well asleep before 8pm Cabo time. We did a ton of swimming and the water was clean and amazing!"

"The property was nice and well maintained but during our stay they close the water bar (Flor de Noche) for renovation to refurbish the bar counter. We were no aware of the and it made it a bit less convenient. Noise level was acceptable. Although not zero obviously. I understand at some point they need to do maintenance work. Prices have certainly going up since our last visit, but drink and food quality was good."

"The staff was amazing. So attentive and seemed happy to be working there. There was plenty of staff in the right place to assist with whatever we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked great and was a welcome relief from the warm weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and the pool was clean. It was a great stay and I will be coming back!"
