"Beautiful property on the beach. Restaurants buffet was great. The sit down restaurant were really average. It was really buffet food serves a different way with not any service experience. The animation was great and there is a decent path around the hotel to Run or Walk for exercise without having to leave the resort. Big red flags I do not not recommend going during March break, the students takes over this property the bars, the restaurants The building are crazy noisy with drunk young people. Big no no!!!"

"My fiancé and I recently stayed at this resort for five days for what was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable trip. We chose this property because of its emphasis on “hospitality above everything,” but unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. We are both 26 years old and of Mexican descent, and while we did not want to make assumptions during our stay, it became increasingly difficult to ignore the difference in treatment we experienced compared to many other guests around us. Throughout the trip, service toward us consistently felt dismissive and noticeably less attentive. At the pool, for example, it was extremely difficult to get service. We often had to repeatedly flag down staff just to order drinks, while guests who arrived after us were immediately greeted, checked on frequently, and provided attentive service throughout the day. Since this was an all-inclusive resort and all guests wore the same wristbands, the difference in hospitality stood out even more. This feeling extended beyond the pool. From the moment we arrived, the welcome at the front desk felt cold and uninterested. Staff rarely made eye contact, and throughout the resort we noticed we were not spoken to with the same warmth, respect, or attentiveness that we observed toward many other guests. Even small things — tone of voice, greetings, basic courtesy, or being acknowledged — felt inconsistent. The resort itself is beautiful, but genuine hospitality is what makes people want to return."

"The property itself is beautiful and relaxing, however the check in was painful, No smiles, Very negative and not welcoming at all. They asked for a credit card besides the one we use as debit and credit, and we did not have an extra one, but it was the approach and the negative way the check in host was. She had the audacity to ask if we knew someone who had another credit card; how??? We are happy to land and show up to a beautiful place just to be in the air if we would be able to get a room or not, we had to wait 4 hours to finally get a room and paying a higher deposit than usual to be able to get a room after the room was already paid for during reservation, they were quick to charge the balance at check in, but we were still in the air waiting for a manager to approve if we should get a room Or not!!!!! For someone who works in customer service, I’d get fired if I was that negative towards our clients; instead of offering a fast solution, they kept us waiting and of course that was not okay for a place like this…. CHECK IN STAFF needs to be trained at providing better customer service and please have them smile more, does not hurt at all to be courteous and finding fast solutions instead of giving someone a headache upon arrival!!!! We also asked for a simple water bottle, and they said they didn’t have any:.. wow!!! They cleaned our room twice and never swept, never took the food trash out, they would only make the bed and replaced dirty towels!!! No, thanks!"

"I liked everything really, had a good time in the pool, the people were very nice and the the rooms clean, beds very comfortable not many events but for us it was okay, had trouble with the Aereomexico Airlines left us in another terminal by the time we got to the right terminal the connection flight left without us and resulting delay of 4 hours and our transfer to the hotel also left us at 10:00 PM at night we have to pay a taxi thank God was one available at the time of night we have to pay it our self, the transfer was included with the hotel price"

"The all you can eat buffet was filled with fresh food, huge options and opens early. The pool was clean and staff were always available. Great entertainment options. Assistance with excursions. Room service was only $5. Staff was super friendly. This is at the top of my list for hotels. Whether you are single, retired or with family, this caters to all. Great place to plan a wedding and incredibly safe. Ultimately I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Absolutely worth it 👌❤️"
