โExcellent!! Staff is what really makes this resort. Shout out to Val from front desk who literally remembers every single guest name in the hotel. Also, Vince (server/bartender) who took care of us. The complimentary trip to Papaya beach was the highlight of the our stay, thanks to Val for convincing us to go:)โ
โThis place is beautiful. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. They do everything they can to help you however they can. Our hut or housing was very nice and on the porch was 2 comfortable chairs and a hammock which was a very nice touch. Some people were saying that the water for showers were cold and my girl did too, but i just left it running for a couple minutes and it heated right up and stayed that way. They do have scooter rentals and free rides into town but to get to the resort...
โFrom the supervisors, waiters ans waitresses and housekeeping people, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The room that we got is an ocean view with balcony, which has the best views you can ever have. The location of the hotel is in Vin Beach, which has its own beachfront access, which is very clean and has security for the hotel. Thank you to Norvin and Mitch for all their assistance! โIt was wonderful getaway place. However travel from el nido airport to flower resort is tough. Our group rode with slow boat. Please use speedboat. Thatโs my 2cents. โ
