"They charge you $25 for the "free breakfast" which is to-go containers, picked up in the cellar, of reheated eggs, sausage, hash browns, a half of a waffle and a tiny croissant with chocolate inside. We left early the second time we stayed here to catch our train and were refused a refund for food that wasn't available at the time we had to leave. It is a lie that the breakfast is free. There is no free breakfast.
The second time we had to pay much more because it was the weekend, but our room was crappier. Our sheets were stained and the bathroom light made so much noise when it was turned on. It was obnoxious.
The elevator is the slowest in existence.
Convenience to the cruise port is the only good part of this hotel."
