“위치는 위험하지 않고 리셉션이 항상 지키고 있어서 좋았어요. 보안도 괜찮았고요. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다만 방 안에 거울이나 옷걸이가 있었으면 했어요. 조식은 없지만 조식박스를 구매해야하는데 괜찮았고 음료수나 과자 간단한 걸 뽑아 먹을 수 있어요. 찬물은 제공되지 않지만 뜨거운 물은 주고요. 와이파이를 돈주고 사야하는 것이 가장 아쉬운 점이네요. ”

“This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...

“This is a small hotel, feels family run and we came for our son's graduation from Newcastle University. He was living in Jesmond so this hotel was a perfect location. The staff made this stay, they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us early check in and were so kind and helpful to my mother in law, who has mobility issues. Absolutely outstanding breakfast too, included in the price. Well done Osborne hotel!”
