“Air conditioning worked but my family was welcomed to room where the thermostat was set to 77 degrees. The halls are hot as there is no ac on. Elevator reeked of marijuana. On our day of checkout at 10 am a male staff member used his key to open our door. My daughter was in the process of getting dressed. When I went to the hall to see who it was the male employee said that he had the wrong room. We had to beg for extra towels and the front desk. The staff told us that we had to bring the dirty...

“I really liked this place. The location was great. Staff were helpful. Pool is nice We had a 2 bedroom unit which appeared to be a full kitchen from the pictures. It was not. There was a fridge/ microwave/ a hot plate that took us a while to figure out. Other complaints it there were no locks on the bedroom doors or the bathrooms.”

“The old building has been renovated with a kitschy design. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. But the room needed to be improved. It was extremely bothersome to unplug the bedside stand just to charge my mobile phone. Also the room lacks a fridge, and the lighting was too dim. I would visit the hotel right next, which shares facilities like the pool and restaurant with here - which means we had to go there to use these.”
