"We met my daughter and two granddaughters at the hotel, all of us arriving by AmTrak. The hotel is on a quiet street and easy walk from the train station, the beach, and downtown Santa Barbara. Hits were the warm swimming pool and hot tub. We had a 2-bedroom suite with a large sitting room - perfect for us and out granddaughters. My daughter and son-in-law had a close by single room. "

"The property has lovely vegetation, trees, etc. did not use the pool. Great restaurants across the street! Quiet and accessible to things we wanted to do. This is an older motel and rooms have been renovated and very comfortable! "

"It's a motel, so my expectations weren't high, but the room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and well cared for. The shower was one of the better ones I've used in a while: a welcome surprise after a long day. It had good blackout shades too. And it was right next to a 7/11, which was handy. A minor negative is that the freezer in the fridge wasn't working, but that probably won't bother most people."
