"Location was great! Safe, convenient underground parking. Easy to go do really anything out and about in Banff, bus stop is right there and you’re on the strip. Our room was okay, nothing wrong just expected a little more for what I paid. Especially because we were on ground level, paid for a mountain view just to have the curtains closed the whole time as people on the street could see in. The hot tub temperature wasn’t very hot, but still nice. Sitting areas and dining options were nice. Staff...

"Love the place we booked. Quiet and very clean. Best are the beds. Amazingly clean and very comfort. Great place for the family trip. All cook wares. Master bed room shower need improve. Water splashes out like crazy wonder who s idea to make it like that. Lights bulbs burnt 4 out of 6 on dinning table. Red more mirrors. Overall we really love this place. My son didn’t want to wake up. I really want to stay few more nights. We will come back next time "

"Had a great stay at the Lamphouse. Very comfortable and clean. Right I’m downtown. Nice hot tub area. Liked having the fan in the room. Refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Good hot water. More than one hand towel would be good. Only suggestion is to paint the big cinder block wall above the rooms by the restaurant. Paint it lamphouse dark gray and have it say “Lamphouse”."
