"The hotel and staff were wonderful, and the room was super comfy and cute. My only complaint was that they used some type of perfumed carpet cleaner or air freshener in the hallways and the scent was overwhelming. Luckily we couldn’t smell it much in our room! "

"Really nice hotel…. I went to a concert at the footprint center and was able to walk back in like 15-20mins. I found out they also offer a shuttle that aside from airport pickups/drop offs can take you anywhere within two miles of the hotel… which was a nice surprise. Beds were super comfy and the fact that check out was at noon was awesome… i got to sleep in more and the continental breakfast was decent. If i ever need to be in the area again, definitely booking here. "

"The property is very new and updated. Complimentary breakfast was provided daily, and the valet staff were amazing and prompt. Valet parking is available for 40/night which i felt was comparable to other larger cities. I felt the valet parking was worth the cost and the guys did a great job. Front desk staff were always helpful! "

"We came into Phoenix to see a concert and since this hotel was right around the corner from the venue I figured it'd be a cool place to stay. It's an old hotel and it definitely looks like it. I'm no professional but I'm sure there's a way to keep the historic charm while still keeping it updated. The bed was really, really firm and if I hadn't driven 700 miles it probably would have been uncomfortable but after being in the car for 10 hours it wasn't the worst. "The gentleman working on the property was amazing, hard working, friendly and funny. The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. Breakfast availability was very limited and the neighborhood is not one to stroll around."

"This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
