"This small, family run hotel is well situated for exploring Cat Ba town on foot. The room was spacious but basic. The AC and fans worked well cooling the room. Rooms at the front are noisy from the Main Street. My room at the back was quieter with only noise coming from the kids in the school next door. "Tallest building in town with a great rooftop bar and pool for sunsets. Despite a few negative reviews on here, I found it fine. Getting a little dated, but perfectly acceptable. Great location in the middle of the strip. You can probably get cheaper or a nicer place but overall this will be a tough combo to beat."
