"Das Bodmi is a beautiful hotel, with excellent views both from the dining terrace and from each room's balcony. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is ample and satisfying and the staff are very friendly. The only thing you need to know before booking is- as with most places in Switzerland, there is no AC. You will have to sleep with windows open which can create a need to interact with other guests who may ask you to quiet down or whom you may ask to quiet down. This happened to us, but...

"Our stay at the hotel was overall a good experience. It seemed they were short staffed, specially at the breakfast buffet. Btw, try the bread. It was delicious. Other issue was that when the restaurant was closed after hours I couldn't find a vending machine or even a water fountain. It can be annoying since most of the nearby stores close around 6 pm. "

"This is a very nice place. Located in a central place, close to almost everything, especially the train station. The beautiful mountain is right outside, especially a great view from the balcony. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome! The best one we had on our European trip.
