"1.Excellent river view. 2.Close to train station, bus station to Macchu Picchu, restaurants. 3.Friendly staff. 4.The only thing I would like to point out is they did do room service every day. We stayed there more than one night. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels after we run out of them. We were at 5th floor, a lots of leg work...you know."

"Glad we choose this hotel: perfect location, good service, great breakfast buffet, close to everything-imcluding the line to get into the bus that takes you to the ruins, great beds, enough room for two, decent tv in English and Spanish, good wifi. All rooms and elevators look very nice. Staff was friendly."

"Great location, nice rooms with a view of the ruins, great beds, very nice bathroom. Staff was amazing. Nicely remodeled, very clean and charming. Nice buffet breakfast, nice service. Suggestions to improve the experience: make the instructions for the wifi and how to use the tv remote more clear. But the front desk guy came right away and explained things to us. He was very professional and friendly."

"Very helpful staff. Their help started a month prior to our arrival. I had a lot of help via whatsapp from the front desk and they coordinated transportation from Cusco and arranged a visit of Ollantaytambo and the surroundings with a local travel company that did a very good job"
