"The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"It was a good trip 2 weeks ago so we booked again! This is our new favourite hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff went above and beyond to help cool our ice packs for a rowing event."

"Lovely hotel. Just ashame no staff on hand or to ask questions. Got no sleep due to loud music and fight outside and inside the hotel early hours in the morning. Not a nice experience unfortunately for a beautiful hotel. Customer service needs improvement "

"A very well appointed pub with accommodation. Good beers and food. Great cooked breakfast. I found it hard to first locate the entrance to the pub car park and, when i did, hard to park up. "

"Accomodation was perfect for a stop over. Host was exceptional and the breakfast a delight. Highly recommended. "

"A very roomy and comfortable flat in the city centre, with full kitchen and fridge and even a small breakfast selection. Highly recommended, I stay there whenever I can. The house does not have an elevator so be aware if you struggle with stairs. It can be noisy on the street until late but this has not bothered me. "

"The biggest issue is that there is barely any wi-fi in the bedrooms, no signal. There are several wi-fi set-ups in the building but I am told that the password is not available to guests even though the signal strength is good. This is a pity as free wi-fi is seemingly offered to guests. An ongoing issue as this was the case last year and SERCO who run the place haven't addressed the issue."

"We found this to suit our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was another guest knocking our door at 3am asking where the toilet was! "

"Great location, very clean and well presented. Excellent shower. Was pleased to have some basics provided such as milk and beverages also choice of cereals for breakfast. On a busy road therefore road noise as traffic builds in the early morning. "
