"Great location that was close to highway. Gas bar and convenience store on site. Despite a slight musty smell on the fourth floor and in the room, both were clean. Bedding was crispy clean; bed was comfortable. Staff had no problem conversing in english. Check out was efficient. There was ample parking when we arrived at 5:30 PM."

"The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!"
