"Our initial twin room was very small and smelt strongly of bleech on entering. The aircon unit did not work so asked to be moved. Were moved to a room with a balcony. The balcony was dirty but the room was much more of a standard that we would have expected in the first place. The room photos on expedia are very deceptive and are similar to the upgraded room we ended up in rather than the standard room we initially booked."
