"Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating. The murphy bed worked well. Once you pull it out, the space is gone that you had next to the window. The rooms sre small. It worked for us, 2 adults and an 8 year old. "Hotel is beautiful and the staff was so wonderful! Our hotel room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. Great bar, great restaurant food options. The hotel has a relationship with Marriott courtyard in isla verde so we took advantage of that and went to the beach there. It was beautiful and we had access to the lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels. Would definitely stay here again!"
