"I went there with my parents and they were contented with hotel’s facility. The staffs are welcoming and facility are very neat. If you visit there, please visit Bontae Museum together. You would feel modern arts made by Ando Tadao. I abstely say so-recommendable."

The only problems I had were the bar menu ( only wine, sake, and soju ) and my room's sliding doors' condition; I couldn't completely close the sliding door to the garden because the left side door was a little forward toward the interior side and it doesn't align with the right side door."

"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance and accommodation updates. While the room was spacious, the toilet failed to operate if power is not provided to the stall. This resulted in sewer gasses being allowed to flow back into the room. The shower water system was falling off the wall. The sink was blocked with hair and gunk- front desk notified, no action taken/noticed. Breakfast was decent; however, hot items were not hot. "
