Walking between rooms and dining can be a bit much for the kids but could be remediated if they added more places to dine around the property. Natural vegetation around the hotel is beautiful and it’s own beach is great for the little ones."

"GFA Coral Beach was amazing! We have been to Cancun several times and this is by far my favorite resort so far! The food was top notch (and we are foodies). the drinks were great (they have lots of high-end liquor choices) and the service was 10/10. "Most of the facilities are in excellent condition, there was a storm and some water got into the room (nothing serious). The pools are great, you can see the sea from all of them and the water temperature was nice (a bit cold towards the end of our stay). The beach is accessible through stairs and close to the hotel with some rocks around. Only tried 2 of the 3 restaurants, the breakfast buffet was very good, prices high as usual in Cancún."

"The property is really nice, great condition and the service is excellent. The quality of the food at the breakfast and dinner buffet is completely fine, exactly what you would expect at an all inclusive. My only complaint is that it was extremely hard to make reservations at the speciality restaurants (we were only able to 1 out of the 4 nights). "

"Only reason I am assigned a 4/5 and not 5/5 is because the first guy that checked us in was awful. I understand system was down but didn’t offer any help to have my room changed. I booked 3 rooms 6 months in advance and when we arrived, had my room completely on the other side of the resort from the other 2.
