"Had a great stay and experience. The property is well located and all the personnel has a great customer service attitude. The room was smaller than I was expecting but considering the location I think it is normal. In general the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Would be nice to have laminate flooring instead of carpet."

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

"This is such a great value. The rooms are quite small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is cheerful and attentive. The food is actually quite nice. Such a positive, lovely place!!"

"The hotel was a wonderful location to Disney. The staffs were amazing especially the receptionist Harbbel. He is a wonderful staf, polite and knows how to communicate very well. He made a London of suggestions for us which all turn out to be amazing. Thank you"

"I would stay again for the friendliness of the staff, the comfortable beds and pillows, good food and coffee. The rooms are extremely small. If you share, one of you has-to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. Gare du Nord is very close and transport by bus or Metro is easy. Don’t count in a taxi or car service. Traffic is congested."

"Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay. A beautiful hotel, clean room, great location, great breakfast, superb facilities and fantastic staff. Lady Peggy was so attentive and nice. The only issue we had, was the drawing in our room. I didn’t like it at all and this is because of my religious beliefs but everything else was perfect. I will definitely go back but will request a different room and a different floor. "

"This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. We love balconies, but unfortunately this hotel did not have any. I believe the front desk mentioned that high buildings in...

"Best hotel I ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. The hotel fit all my needs and much more. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are so cozy and you will refresh when you wake up. The technology aspect was super cool. Being able to control your room to how you want it was amazing. "

"Very nice place with spacious rooms for what we found in Paris. 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to metro/bus stations and restaurants. Great place for my wife and I on our honeymoon to Paris."

"Nice, modern hotel, tiny room but very comfortable. Location good overall, in an alley off of the main street which itself is off of the main boulevard, the alley looks a bit trashy but the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, no noise from the club a few doors away. Every location in Paris is going to be convenient because there's always something interesting nearby and the Metro will get you everywhere else."
