“The room was clean, but there weren’t many places to hang towels in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer. The fire alarm (or emergency exit alarm?) randomly went off several times during the day. During one night, someone was smoking in the hallway and it came in under the door, and the other night, people were shouting at each other for an hour at 3 am. They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website.
