“Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there. ”

“The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe.”

“Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. ”

“Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it! ”

“The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.”

“Overall, we had a good time. However, our first day and check-in experience was disappointing due to an interaction with Jesus at the front desk. The day before our trip, we called to request an early check-in since our flight was arriving at 1 PM. The gentleman we spoke with said it should not be an issue. When we arrived, a young lady informed us that our room was not ready yet, but that she would text us as soon as it was available. At 4 PM, the stated check-in time, we went back to the desk...

“The property is listed as having parking and it didn’t. I would’ve made better plans than the amount of money I ended up spending for my stay in old CM Juan. The staff then had the audacity to give me a discount I could use at the parking garage they recommended however payment is by phone so saving $20t was not even possible. All in all, a very expensive venture that I had not anticipated. The place was not worth the extra I paid for parking.”
