"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

"事前に調べて行ってたので、施設のコンセプトを理解して有馬の街を堪能させていただきました。温泉街にて自宅のように、まさにそういう風に過ごすことができました。
部屋にいくエレベーターを降りてすぐのところにビールと酎ハイの自販機がありました。ビジネスホテルレベルの値段で置いてくれてますので飲み足りないときはそこで更なる水分補給。部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫（冷凍機能なし）、ポット、洗面台ながしがありました。
古いですが綺麗に清掃してくれてます。チェックアウト12時もありがたかったです。"

"Great onsen - just the hot springs are worth staying there. The hotel itself is slightly outdated and may need some touch up work, but it looks very traditional and very clean. They won't let you into the hotel without taking your shoes and providing sleepers (which are too small for one of us). Everyone in the hotel is extremely polite."
