"Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure we were comfortable, helped everything run smoothly, and made us feel like more than just guests. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Ahmed truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ahmed, for making our time here feel so special. People like him are what make a place unforgettable. We came as guests, but we are leaving with grateful hearts and wonderful memories."

"Location is simply unbeatable, with the hotel entrance right in front of the ticket office for the Pyramids. The views are absolutely breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the rooms overlooking the Pyramids. Waking up to such a view is an experience in itself! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with particularly comfortable beds. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is its people. The hospitality and kindness of every single member of staff made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Iman and Salma at reception, Amira from housekeeping, Mohammed from the breakfast team, the Dr Shisha, and Mustafa, Ahmed and Ali from the restaurant team. Wish we had had enough time to get everyone's names because they all deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to make my mum’s birthday trip unforgettable. Their genuine care and attention made us feel so welcome that we really didn’t want to leave. I must also mention the lovely cats around the terrace! They added an extra touch of charm to an already magical experience. The funny thing is that we initially came to explore Egypt, but now, if we return to discover more of this beautiful country, we would happily come back just to stay at this hotel again! I have stayed in many hotels, but this one has genuinely stolen my heart. The views may bring you here, but the people will make you want to stay. "The position of this hotel cannot be beaten. It has a front line viewpoint and from the roof where breakfast is taken the views are fantastic and give a full view of the 3 main Pyramids and the Sphinx. The staff were extremely helpful and arranged everything that was asked for and even accommodated a late check out without any fuss. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable and although the bathroom was small and needed updating everything worked without issue. At the price we paid you can’t really criticise anything. The area around the hotel could be intimidating to some so be prepared for not only the traffic and noise but for the street vendors trying to sell you something. Overall a great stay and if this is your destination and you’re on a budget you will find this hotel more than acceptable"
