“Superior room was excellent, welcoming and well presented on arrival. The guests living room was a great place to spend a cosy evening in front of the wood burning stove. Breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and good choice, and the fresh eggs were memorable. The electric charge point was a bonus. ”

“Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly.”

“I can’t enthuse over this hotel enough. Everything about it screams perfection. The staff are wonderful, the history is interesting, the food is delicious and the beer is good. Also it’s a pleasant walk to the city center. Since Everton’s ground is next door we took in a very interesting and informative tour. The Titanic is highly recommended.”
