“Nice staff”

“The room was not finished. Bathroom mirror was off the wall and when we went up the the front desk the told us to move it. The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Because the soap was on the mirror...

“Found lollipop stick and a nerf bullet behind the main door of our room. Room smell a bit musty. Breakfast selection is limited - some eggs, sausage patties, bread/bagels, milk, cereals. Stay was as expected because we got a low price for the 2 rooms booked. ”

“Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. “It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. ”

“I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!! ”

“The room was clean and staff friendly. Don't expect much, it truly basic. Recommend if you're looking for place to sleep. There is a Bob Evans next door.”

“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“The room has a bad smell and was dirty. Stains on the wall, shower was dirty, Towels were not clean. I would not stay there again or any other Red Roof Inn after this experience”

“Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. ”

“The room was disgusting I'm so mad that we even stayed I should have demanded my money back I have pictures of my sons sheets they were dirty I called the front desk they made me change the sheets! I'm not employed there! And the bathroom had pubic hair and pee all around the toilet I had to clean up if your going to get a room just go to the holiday inn they are the same price and much cleaner and better ”
