"Nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce que les commentaires disaient propre et rénové. On ne s'attendait pas à du luxe, mais quand même... Il y avait du poil par terre dans la salle de bain et une vieille débarbouillette utilisée sur le pôle de douche. Et pas de séchoir à cheveux finalement. Bien que les employés étaient super gentil, la chambre était dégueulasse, le matelas et l'oreiller, hyper inconfortables. Nous n'avons pas dormi plus d'une heure au total dans toute la nuit."
