“Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna and jacuzzi nice for adults to relax. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, nice reception area with lovely open fire to sit by.”

“Charming hotel with very accommodating staff. We were able to check in early. Thank you. Our room in the older section of the hotel needed some TLC - vinyl floor in the bathroom in particular. Nice, full breakfast”

“Ideal place for our stay as we were getting a coach the next day , shops nearby for goods”

“Breakfast was good and the lady tending it was very sweet. Front desk staff was very rude. Pretty bad first impression. Also — really looking forward to the hot tub and but again front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about despite it being listed as an amenity on the website. Kinda rots after a long hike on Hadrians wall. Carpeting throughout was old, outdated, and very grungie. Overall, very mid.”

“Staff were excellent. Very nice outside area to eat in summer ! You must book in advance. (We didn't unfortunately) Meal was excellent and good breakfast the next day. Ample parking.”

“길가에 있어서 찾기 쉽고 유적들과도 가까워요 바와 식당도 겸하고 있어서 집같은 느낌이 들고요 방의 상태는 넓고 쾌적해요”

“The property is located right next to the railway station. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I booked a single, however an upgrade to a double on the first floor as the life was out of order. Two short flights of stairs I can manage that with my condition. However if your wheelchair bound it’s not for you or mobility is restricted till of course the lift is repaired. It dose state this when you book and the hotel will accommodate you if you can manage the stairs. Reception are is...

“Cabin was clean and tidy, lovely location,if I’m in the area again would definitely return ”

“After a long day of Hadrian Wall walking all we wanted was a shower, alas ran out of hot water after 5 min. I’ve never run out of hot water at a hotel before anywhere in UK until now. And it didn’t warm up again until following morning. Very really disappointing to say the least. Also, our room didn’t have a door in the bathroom area. Just a toilet right around the corner from the bed, not even a sliding partition. We’ve been married a long time but still don’t crap together. I would bet $ the...

“Lovely b&b stay. Perfectly clean, attentive hosts, we wanted for nothing. Thoroughly recommended.”
