“Upon arrival (slightly early) I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception; very helpful. Check-in was quick & efficient. Good sized room & very comfy bed. Compact but super-clean & functional bathroom, with a great powerful shower. High quality towels & linens throughout. “This is the second time that I have stayed at the Dragon Inn. Generally it has been good. The only dissapointing thing for me is that breakfast does not start until 8am, which for a work trip is getting a little too late. Also, the cooked breakfast is now an optional extra, whereas in 2024 it was included. The entrance to the car park is dreadful.”

“The hotel is a little dated but with good facilities. Two things let it down. The room on the ground floor had no aircon on the hottest day of the year. The windows can barely open and let any fresh air and provide no privacy. Finally, there is an unacceptable and very expensive charge for the car park. Overall, not a pleasant stay and poor value for money.”
