“If you're visiting friends or family in the Bay Ridge area (or are marooned by a commuter railroad strike as I was) this is a fine place to stay. It is reasonably clean and the free breakfast provided, though basic, is pretty good. My room was comfortable. I considered it cozy, others might consider it small. Ice machine in the hallway didn't work; there were a few small things like that which could use some updating. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops - and a subway- just a few blocks...

“To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. Had to sleep in extreme heat and that didn’t go well. Overall, don’t book here unless you are willing to pay less and sacrifice your sleep. Usually in New York you go to Manhattan and...

“Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel.”
