"I love that the room were spacious & clean. However the AC & the stove top did not work. Wish there was a mini microwave to heat up our food though. Overall the view from our hotel was fantastic & the clean staffs were kind. Thank you for the accommodation during our stayed there."

"Hôtel bien situé et très bien entretenu. Personnel courtois et empressé de servir le client. Petit déjeuner offre un choix complet, sans pour autant exceller. Piscine avec vue panoramique sur la plage. Nous avions une suite qui nous donnait accès au lounge du 15e étage, qui offrait un choix pitoyable ( croustilles et fromage de type « Vache qui rit ») l’après-midi. Inacceptable pour un établissement de cette qualité et ce prix. Néanmoins, excellent séjour dans l’ensemble."

"clean room, awesome service, we had to switch rooms due to new reservations and the front desk staff notified us in the AM brought us the key and assisted us with the luggage. grateful for their service due to traveling with elderly parents with mobility limitations. locations is on point from every major attraction. highly highly recommend and definitely returning next year"

"Honestly this is a really great hotel for a night in Seoul. Within walking distance to Myongdong, busy market street below, loved this location! Smoking room (outside) on 5F which felt a lot safer than going down the street alone at night."

"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
