“No fire alarm Internet is poor No cutlery, no plate enough. They don't check. Very dirty, so much cockroaches Unkind owner Very noisy. You can next room talk and sneeze. ”

“Hotel is located under the flight path and right next to helicopter pad from Cairns hospital. Does not have sound proof windows. Would not recommend.”

“Great view, lovely staff, all in all a wonderful stay.”

“Clean but very dated. Coffee and tea and kitchen well set up. Comfortable bed. Lounge furniture was very uncomfortable and the place is very tired. Curtains were falling off the tracks and outdoor furniture mis matched and tired. Very loud plumbing from not only our unit but from upstairs as well! It did us for an overnight prior to flying out next morning but the rating on Expedia does not match the state of the property. Not great area either.”

“Room was clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable with different types of pillows. Has WiFi but had a high latency at busy times. Everything worked as expected and was quiet at night. The little balcony was private and a good place to enjoy the morning with a coffee. The place is not a new establishment and is showing some sighns of aging but none that made a difference to my stay. The night time secure parking is a bonus me.”

There are many ants and bugs in the dorm. There's a lot of noise between floors. There's a lot of dust in the bathroom ventilation and curtains. The front office is closed at 21:00. Wi-Fi connection is not good.”

“average”

“Very tired and old! Shocking pillows! No parking available had to park in the street!”

“I was very disapointed and would not recommend this facility. This a vacation killer with all the bad stuff going on Coackroaches, pigeon waste on stairs and concrete walkway. Construction zone.”
