"We had a good experience overall, although there are definitely some things that could be improved. The rooms are very outdated and lack basic amenities such as a closet, dresser, iron, and hair dryer. The biggest issue for us was the shower water, which was cold and made showering very uncomfortable. On the positive side, all of the employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved having the open bar included, which was a great perk, and the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Old San Juan. With some updates to the rooms and, most importantly, reliable hot water, the experience would be much better."

"Towels were changed even when not requested. Could have used some tissues otherwise I had all I needed plus a lovely view overlooking the fountains. Bar was nice and friendly and flat bread pizza hit the spot. Super location for walking in evening especially for a woman alone."
