“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. “One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. ”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. ”

“The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. ”

“This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.”

“Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

Our room was clean, spacious with beautiful balconies that are looking down right on the plaza Da Armas, of our favorite Isla, which is still beautiful! Their stuff is amazing, customer service is excellent, atmosphere is inviting and welcoming! I will be happy to come back and gladly recommended hotel Armas as wonderful stay!”
