"Arrived at the hotel at 7 pm. Room was not ready. Was provided complimentary drink tickets to wait in the bar until ready. They also waived some local tourist fees. Location incredible. View amazing. Service good. Was unfortunate room was not ready. "

"Really nice hotel! Big rooms, clean, attentive staff. Good housekeeping. The two restaurants on site are really good and it’s a great location. The pool and gym are really big and nice. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I'd been to the area many times but never stayed at the Congress Hotel before. I booked it because the price was right, the location was good and I recognized the name. It was lovely compared to some other nearby hotels that are of the same age."
