"Some problems encountered this time that need correcting. Smoking was allowed by staff within the courtyard and corridors -the rule is smoking allowed only in the parking lots.
There was a boisterous party allowed in the room next to the breakfast room - celebrating a 21st birthday- music not at all to our liking, doors wide open, very public. We were traveling with our 3 younger grandchildren- not appreciated.
Was promised tech would come to our room to fix the tv “right away” - it was 45 minutes later - lights off by then - not needed.
It is a great place for families - spacious rooms, multiple beds = 2 beds and a sofa bed - and a nice swimming pool and spas, and a hot breakfast for all in the morning.
We will go back - but there were a few blips this time."
