"The pros: Location, the pools, the breakfast. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better location. You're within 8-15 minutes from all the Disney parks & it's an easy drive there. Yet you're also close to grocery stores, pharmacies, a variety of restaurants, etc. Plus, it's a good area of Kissimmee where we felt safe. The pools are phenomenal. The main pool is large with a play area at one end and a shallow water sun deck at the other. It is shallow enough at one end for the littles and deep enough at the other for adults and swimmers to enjoy. I loved the lazy river and the fact that they have 2 hot tubs. The breakfast areas were also exceptional. Huge, great selection, & delicious with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The cons: the rooms, staff, maintenance. First, we had tiny bugs on all 3 nightstands. They just kept appearing. I finally got a picture to look up what they were and they're ghost ants. Harmless & annoying but not unsafe so we just dealt with it and kept tissues handy. The other thing we didn't like about our room was there were no counters, tables or even a luggage rack to place our suitcases so they wound up on the floor. No chairs to sit. Nowhere in the bathroom to hang swimsuits. Finally, the staff wasn't great. It took multiple times of asking for things before we got them and friendliness varied from person to person. Also, hot tubs weren't working properly and pool area bathrooms either were out of order, out of toilet paper, or dirty. 3.5 stars overall"

"I've seen other people write really bad reviews about this place after I booked my trip I had lots of concerns none of them came true the property was excellent the staff was amazing very helpful and the amenities were wonderful there's nothing like going to the pool your children are on the water slides and somebody comes up takes your order and you're able to just bill it to your room without having to fumble for your card or anything necessary like that the experience was by far an excellent one I would return without hesitation"
