Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. "Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus...

Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat."
