“I room I stayed in did not have hot water in shower. Although I take a lukewarm shower the water was still cold. Jets in shower were dirty and tub floor had wear and tear. Breakfast didn't have orange juice or apple juice. No fruit. No potatoes or biscuits. Eggs were not like other LA Quintas. They look like they had some boiled eggs in them.”

“On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options...

“The hotel is in bad need of repairs and painting. The room was not terribly clean. And the beds are old and tired. ”

“Overall the property was not clean. Hallways were a little dirty, it just didn't feel comfortable. When I made the reservation, there was no mention of having to pay for my dog. Every trip I have stayed at La Quinta I have never had to pay. No pet area was provided near the hotel. Parking was minimal with very few handicapped spots. The parking lot is in dire need of repair.”
