"Hotel Staff and managers not helpful and do not have great customer service. Rooms well maintained besides the air conditioner which you can't program and set it at a cooler temperature tried to call and manager was going to come up waited an hour no one came had to call and let them know we were to hot had to go to the pool. Casino, bowling was great the restauranta juniper over priced and by sub far quality and service sports bar dirty employees are ment to be bus there tables serve the food and seat customers very dirty inside the restaurant floors tables chairs whoever is the food and beverage director needs a taking to!!! Overall hotel/ rooms 7 juniper 6 sports bar 4 casino/bowling alley 8 hotel staff 3 when you pay for a standard and it's called a resort you should bare minimum live up to expectations but in all reality exceed expectations for the consumer of your product."

"Great hotel! Wonderful, welcoming staff, clean hotel and good location. They couldn’t serve food while we were there but they made up for it in other ways. Valet ends late night but you can still park."
