"Great ocean view"

"We enjoyed our stay at Seadust, but some things felt falsely advertised. They claim to have 9 restaurants, but in reality there are only a few consistently available: the Italian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, steakhouse, and a place called Manhattan. There is also a Mexican restaurant open for lunch, but you have to get there right when it opens at 12:30 or you likely won’t get in. Another place called the Lighthouse looked delicious, but it is only available to Infinity Club members. None of the restaurants take reservations, so you have to arrive right when they open, and some opened as early as 5pm, meaning you had to leave the beach early to get ready and secure a table. The breakfast buffet was very good, but it was the only dining experience that felt consistently convenient. There was also a shortage of towels because many guests kept them to reserve chairs before the towel service opened at 8am. We noticed people putting towels on chairs as early as 6am, so we ended up doing the same in order to have a place to sit. During spring break in March, there was no bar open directly on the beach. There appeared to be a bar setup under a shaded area, but no bartender was there, which made getting drinks inconvenient. Overall, we were lucky to have the experience to go to Cancun and we definitely would come back, but we would 100% stay at a different resort and definitely an adults-only."

"Every worker does %110 to keep you happy! I loved every single one of the activities they have like yoga, beach/pool volleyball, silent party, etc… bartenders, cooks every single one of them are the nicest people I’ve ever met. "

"This hotel was incredible! The staff was so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the pool and ocean were excellent. We had no problems making reservations for dinner and booked an excursion through them. There was a variety of food for the adults and my pickier son. The swim-up bars were super cool and the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend this resort and will be back!"

"We stayed for 10 nights and found it hard to get maids to clean our rooms unless we requested they do so by going to the the check in area located in the main lobby. I dont know if they were short staffed or what but they wouldnt stop and clean our rooms unless we made a big fuss about it. The unlimited alcohol was great but a couple of the bartenders would say they were out of certain drinks when in reality they weren't. They just didnt want to go the extra mile to clean their equipment several times to please everyone's different requests. I caught one bartender tell the other bartender "what do you mean we're out of vodka, we have plenty here". Location was great. There's Chedraui next door as well as a beach across the street and all the clubs you could want within a 5 min walk. "

"This is my second time staying at this property and to be honest it won't be the last. The only flaw of this resort is that the elevators take a while to arrive so just make sure to take a shot or grab a drink so help with the time. Since I only stayed for one day I was granted a free upgrade to the presidential suite and that room was the grand finale to my week long stay in Cancun. I feel like this property is perfect for solo travelers , couples and groups who desire luxury and a mild party vibe. Run dont walk. 10/10"

"Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. We are very disappointed that the resort allows this to happen. Bathrooms within a distance from the beach were scarce and when you did find one, they were very dirty. Nighttime entertainment was none existent. Someone playing a saxophone in the lobby for an hour doesn't constitute a show! We will venture to find another resort for our next trip to Cancun."
