"First visit to Cancun and did not know what to expect. Everything was perfect including the room and ocean view, the buffet food selection, and the staff was very friendly. This place was super clean. If I go back to Cancun I will stay here."

"We had a great stay at the Sunscape. It’s a smaller resort but they have a full schedule of activities each day that keeps every day new and exciting. The highlight for our family was the kids club. The club staff, Alitzel, Janna, Daniela, Maria, Rubi, Danna and Alejandra were really amazing. They set up different crafts and games each morning and activities like dances and karaoke each night, all of which our daughter really loved. They made the trip really special for her and gave us a chance to relax for a bit each day with her being in a safe and fun environment. The waterpark was also a lot of fun for kids. We would highly recommend for any families."

"Bathtub was old bathtub kinda sinked in didn’t get to use the full resort of restaurants because we had to pay an extra $65 for different food places on the resort overall a 2/10 experience food was okay drinks was a 1/10 very watered down."

"The staff are exceptional! Kind, helpful! The front desk staff are unbelievably accommodating, We had to shift rooms due to noise- old folk! And we were handled so well!! The food spectacular, service and all the fun a hotel social can. Bring! Recommend the extra and get the suote for longer stays. "

"Beach view was good , room was clean but floors needed to be cleaned daily due to sand and dust . They didn’t do that . It was difficult to make reservations at restaurants on property, my whole stay I had to only eat at buffet and beach bar. Pool hours was too short 8am-6pm . 3pools 1 bar that closed at 6pm. At least 8pm would have been a little more reasonable. I had a beach/pool day and by time I got to pool I only had a comfortable hour. "
