"Very nice hotel "

"Definitely had a great time. Staff was great but meeting new people and partying was the best part for me. People kept complaining about their food but the food was really good. We had the dinner on the beach which was very romantic. During the pink party we rented a cabana with a jacuzzi which was really fun. Comes with a bottle of don julio, sofa, chairs and a flat screen tv. On the third floor we had parties with an dj that read the crowd and knew which songs to play. I’ve been to resorts where they play classical rock and American songs which is okay. But we’re in mexico, we want to hear some reggaeton lol. Another HUGE PLUS is that it’s literally 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel zone. We went to coco bongo which was crazy and my favorite was Congo. The night life there is littt. "

"I have food allergies, and I was assigned a culinary staff to accommodate all my meals and allowed me to preorder to make sure my food was gluten free! The staff was so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean and the food was amazing. I would definitely come here again."

"Everything was perfect and great! Extremely nice staff, the food is really great with a lot of options. No wait in any amenities of the hotel or restaurants.plenty of free spot at the beach or pool. This my 3rd stay in the hotel and we had every time the same experience. Highly recommend it. "

"Great stay all the way around. By far the best all inclusive in Cancun. Really enjoyed the live music at the pool, lobby, and cavo bar. Never expected to hear an Incredible country band in Mexico, but The Cash Band was amazing and so was the Rock band. Premium drinks and great bar service everywhere. Poolside service was incredible. Quick drink service and accurate food orders on point. Room always being cleaned. Room service on point. Got a nice Expedia room upgrade. Wife really enjoyed the spa. Special mention to Ana and Pamela at the spa. "

"Room was spacious and clean. They didn't have the room I booked with two beds available which probably deserves 4 stars but they offered other amenities to make up for it. Food was above average. Great beach."
