"The hotel is really good — great location, good food, and a very friendly staff. The room was clean and always well organized, and they did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible."

"The overall property is nice and the pool area. The rooms are subpar, air was not working when we arrived and they room smelled like sewage or a moldy wet smell. Depending on who serves you the drinks are watered down. For the food the buffet and steak house and Italian place were only good places. Room service food was disgusting."

"Beach view was good , room was clean but floors needed to be cleaned daily due to sand and dust . They didn’t do that . It was difficult to make reservations at restaurants on property, my whole stay I had to only eat at buffet and beach bar. Pool hours was too short 8am-6pm . 3pools 1 bar that closed at 6pm. At least 8pm would have been a little more reasonable. I had a beach/pool day and by time I got to pool I only had a comfortable hour. "

"The calm beach was the best part. The master bedroom wasn’t all that great - it’s very generic for a masters. I think the food was decent! My least favorite part is not having a balcony- in Cancun you should always be able to go out to see a sunset or sunrise in your balcony or to simply hear the waves."
