"7 day stay for work/family trip. Hotel in great location for Lyft, train (red line Chicago) or walking (25 minutes to loop). Hotel staff all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overnight parking across the street. The free daily breakfast was marginally good, coffee was decent. The "menu" breakfast is probably delicious as the dinner was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfy, the bathroom clean. I appreciated that it was quiet during the day & the WiFi was decent as I worked from the room. "

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though slightly dated—nothing luxurious, but they meet expectations for a reliable night’s rest. My main critique is the valet parking, which felt extremely overpriced for the experience. Still, the overall stay was smooth and efficient—just what you want when traveling. A solid choice I’d recommend to other Expedia users looking for location and ease."

"The location is excellent. 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk. Hotel is clean and staff were superb! The pool was also a very nice size and is absolutely beautiful! There is a Roman fountain in the pool’s seating area. If you love to shop, this hotel is ideal for it."
