"Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room had dirty floors, the TV was not working, the wireless phone charger did not work, and the window was covered in streaks. This was our first trip to a big city, and based on the hotel description and photos, we expected a better experience. We kindly asked if it was possible to move to another room, but were told that all rooms were the same. Overall, we do not feel that the room was worth the price we paid."
