"The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But I’ll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. "So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean.
