"A really lovely stay and a great warm bath, a little noise from from the town centre on a Saturday night so suggest a room on the other side if you sleep with the window open. Lovely helpful staff, and a great breakfast."

"This hotel is beautiful and located in an amazing spot next to the spectacular Devils Bridge Waterfalls. The hotel/ rooms are decorated to a very high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our evening meal at the hotel was very good and would suggest adding breakfast to your stay too. The staff were great as well! The nearest car park is short distance up the hill (free parking). If you have luggage, park up directly opposite next to the outdoor dining area. I would highly recommended this hotel."

They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep. "Lovely Hotel.Reception staff were very helpful. I had a superior double room well worth the extra cost. Had a lovely ploughmans and sticky toffee pudding for lunch in bar area,really enjoyable.Nice patio outside for evening drinks!!!Breakfast was excellent set in a beautiful dining room,service was excellent especially from sue who went out her way to make it enjoyable!This was my first visit to the Castle Hotel of Brecon and it won't be my last!!"
