โThe staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. โ
โRoom was clean and close to to main strip. We saw a bear in the parking lot!! The creek side was nice as well. Shower pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff. โ
โMy husband & I have gone to Cherokee the last 5 years for our Anniversary. We decided to stay at a different property this time & we were so glad we did. We discovered a whole new part of Cherokee that we didnโt know about. The property was very nice. Our room was great, clean & most importantly our AC worked perfectly. The pool was clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying there on our trips to Cherokee from now on. โ
โThe room and grounds were extremely clean and exactly as pictured. All of the staff were very responsive and kind. The location is excellent; it's close to everything, but tucked away so that it's quiet. Our room was well-appointed and felt more like a vacation home than a hotel room. Our family would stay here every time we're in the area.โ
