The hotel was welcoming and super comfortable and the spa experience before we headed home on our final morning was a perfect relaxing finish. The backdrop of the hotel was stunning and the grounds were perfectly maintained and postcard pretty. Would absolutely have no hesitation recommending this...

“Another few days spent at the hotel following bereavement. Rooms clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar food good really cheerful bar staff. Breakfast good quality. Good value all round.”

“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway”

“Good value for money”

“The room and property were first class along with the staff. We will definately rebook within the next 12 months for another 3 night stay. On the down side, we had an evening meal and we were disappointed with the quality of food and reported this to reception, who immediately offered a complimentary breakfast that did not materialise.”
