"Great room for myself, husband and two young children with a fully working kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine and balcony. The hotel is located right across from the park which was great for the kids and in a great central location in Coconut Grove. Pool was also a hit with the kids. The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised.
The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.
