“Very good beds & linens! Excellent location to walk around the historic district. But we paid dearly for booking early & rates were much lower later. Expedia wouldn’t change our rate or credit my account at all. I would definitely book again because of the location & great beds. Parking onsite is extra but important to have. Cafe next door is great for breakfast!”

“It was terrific except the shower handle was broken”

“We loved staying here in the heart of Saint Augustine. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, amenities and cookies were excellent.”

“Overall I loved this place 100%! Clean, friendly, solid location. Will definitely stay here again if ever back to St Aug”

“部屋は古くて狭いもののクラシカルな上に清潔でシャワーも空調も問題なく過ごしやすかった。狭くて荷物2人分がひらけないのほどでした。何と言っても朝食が内容もジャックさんの対応も素晴らしかったです。フロントが無くて無人なので鍵の開け方や駐車場が分かりにくかったですが説明書があり、それを読めば用は足りました。無人なのでフロントのホスピタリティは寂しかった。”

“The bed was super comfy Great location The bathroom needs updating the tub is super old jacuzzi was loud didn’t work well and water never really got hot in shower”

“The only thing good about this place is the website, the property is nothing like what you see online. Manager unhelpful. Showed up no one was there. Grossly mis represented.”

“Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms.”

“Clean room and convenient parking”

“Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. Walking distance to everything! Breakfast buffet was nice. Will come again!”

“We have always had a great experience at Casa Monica, but with this past stay, there was no hot water. The staff was informed but nothing changed during our stay. We were also given the wrong room at first. I booked a suite with one king, and my husband and I walked into a room with 2 queens. We were like nope, not going to work! They did find us another room but we did not get the suite like I had booked.”

“Clean room. I like the fact that I could park in front of my room, especially with the storms that came through. Within walking distance to the plaza. Solo traveler and never felt unsafe.”

“간단한 조식 좋았고 걸어서 유적지 구경을 갈만한 거리에 있어요. 체크아웃 이후에도 2시 정도까지는 차량 주차를 허락해주어서 감사했어요.”
